More than 35 years in construction, real estate development, operations and facility management with full P/L responsibility. Experienced and goal-oriented senior professional with a track record of consistently meeting and exceeding established goals and objectives related to management, business development, and client relations. Experience in full on-site management specialized and land development; effectively schedules and monitors all work.

Dr. E. Mehrani, Ph.D, PE, SI, CGC, CBI, Structural Engineer
Involved in design, construction and inspection of buildings and miscellaneous steel structures (VA Hospital) and movable bridge (Columbus Drive) structures. Performed underwater and above water inspection of bridges. Instrumentation: installed fiber optic sensors and data acquisition system on East Bay Road Bridge.

Chris Escott, Development of Resource Manager
Over 10 years of experience in the Tampa Bay area, which includes complete site development, lift station management, demolition and reclaimed water. Handles resource needs and is rock solid.

Mike Rogers, Project Manager

Over 7 years with McCullough Contractors as one of their Construction project managers. Mike controls the time, cost and quality of construction projects, from residential, commercial and industrial buildings to roads, bridges and schools. He plans and coordinates all aspects of the construction process, including working with engineers, architects and vendors. 

Stanley Smith, Project Manager

Over 5 years with McCullough Contractors. Stanley determines the scheduling of different phases of a project based on established deadlines. He might negotiate contracts with architects, vendors, contractors and other workers. The securing of building permits and licenses and delivery of materials and equipment to construction sites also might be issues that must be addressed initially.

Tiffany Scott, Office Manager

Tiffany has immense knowledge of corporate administration, which includes but is not limited to AR/AP, payroll, payroll taxes, contract administration, purchase orders, AIA, document releases, bid preparation, vendor contracts and collections, marketing, and human resources.

Pat McCullough, CFO
As CFO, Pat's main focus for McCullough Contractors is to direct financial strategy, planning and forecasts. Pat confers with the president and team as well as studies, analyzes and reports on trends, and opportunities for expansion. She also projects future company growth.
